You will be reporting to the Shared Services Manager and responsible for processing group of companies payroll for 600 plus employees.
Update the HRNET system with new employee details for earning and any amendments
Process payroll on a monthly basis in the HRNET system and post to the NAV system the entries
Apply applicable taxes on the payroll and ensure compliance with any statutory laws
Manage the interface of any attendance system with the payroll and ensure completeness
Continuously liaise with the local businesses for prompt receipt of payroll information such that there is no delay in paying the employees
Process the final settlement of leaving employees
Handle queries relating to monthly payroll from individual businesses
Reconcile payroll month to month and obtain necessary approval
Transfer JV for payroll from HRNET to NAV system
Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely
Process employee reimbursements and seek clarifications if necessary
To be successful you must have/be:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
Have minimum 5 years’ experience processing large volume payroll in a reputable MNC, GCC experience is a must
Strong knowledge of payroll best practices, policies, regulations in the GCC region
Extensive knowledge of HR/Payroll systems
Advanced Excel skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to communicate efficiently at all levels
