Payroll Officer

Job description / Role

The Payroll Officer is responsible for maintaining effective administration of the payroll system.

Collate and inputs monthly payroll information, including timesheets, in preparation for the monthly payroll. Identifies and investigates inconsistencies in payroll information.

Ensure timely and complete disbursement of salary, benefits, and expenses to employees and maintain all necessary records and documentation for compensation, benefits, and expenses.

You will also have to assists HR function in periodic evaluation of compensation and benefits structure.

Requirements

- High school diploma
- Accounting qualification
- At least of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficient in English
- High level of IT proficiency
- High level of proficiency with payroll / accounting system
- Excellent level of numeracy
- High level of attention to detail
