Pediatric Cardiac Surgeon Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pediatric Cardiac Surgeon Specialist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and expertise in pediatric cardiac surgery, with a focus on providing advanced surgical care to young patients with congenital or acquired heart conditions. As a Pediatric Cardiac Surgeon Specialist, you will play a critical role in diagnosing, treating, and managing complex cardiac surgical cases in pediatric patients, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our young patients.

Responsibilities:
- Performing a wide range of complex pediatric cardiac surgical procedures, including congenital heart defect repairs, valve repairs/replacements, and heart transplant surgeries
- Collaborating with pediatric cardiologists, anesthesiologists, and other specialists to develop comprehensive treatment plans for pediatric patients with complex cardiac conditions
- Providing pre-operative consultations, surgical assessments, and post-operative care to pediatric patients and their families
- Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to review patient cases, discuss treatment options, and provide input on surgical interventions
- Staying abreast of the latest advancements in pediatric cardiac surgery and contributing to research and academic initiatives within the field
- Participating in teaching, mentoring, and training of medical students, residents, and fellows in the field of pediatric cardiac surgery

Salary:
AED 45,000 to 95,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

- Medical degree from an accredited medical school and completion of a residency program in cardiothoracic surgery
- Board certification in pediatric cardiac surgery
- Proven track record of successful pediatric cardiac surgical interventions and outcomes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
- Strong commitment to patient-centered care, compassion, and empathy for pediatric patients and their families
- Demonstrated dedication to ongoing professional development, research, and academic contributions in the field of pediatric cardiac surgery
