Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Update and maintain records for new hires, existing and exiting employees
- Manage and update HR databases with different documents such as status changes, loan documents, visa renewals, cancelation etc.
- Coordinate with PRO and drivers for visa, MOL, medical test & EID processing
- Maintain and update employee payroll trackers
- Create HR forms & submit templates for all entities across the group as part of the admin tasks

Requirements

- Open to Asian and European nationals
- Female, 40 years old and below
- At least 3 years of UAE experience in the same role
- In depth knowledge in employment law, compensation, employee relations, safety, employee engagement, and employee documentation
