GENERAL DESCRIPTION

As a performance media Specialist, you will be charge of growing the online business through performance marketing by building the right traffic and recruitment campaigns, setting the proper objectives and KPIs and optimizing the campaigns performance. You will need to be able to work cross-functionally at all levels and consistently challenge status quo and strive for excellence.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Contribute to setting the yearly performance media strategy for each country & platform setting the right targets and KPIs in alignment with Digital Manager
• Drive the strategy & results leading to business growth using the different formats for customer acquisition, remarketing & retention
• Briefing agencies as the external voice of the brand team and provide feedback to agencies
• With the support of the media agency develop and optimize on the different builders of the campaigns: bid management, budget monitoring and optimization, audience strategy and segmentation, keyword development.
• Analyze paid marketing KPIs by platform/campaign compared to objectives set in place & work with agency to have the needed optimizations & budget reallocations to maximize the KPIs
• Provide campaign performance results, data analysis and optimization plans
• Assess competitive landscape & their strategies, and identify new Ecommerce performance Media trends and opportunities for business growth
• Signing off new and updated assets, ensuring consistent tone of voice across platforms.
• In charge of media budget (lower & upper) planning and spending.
• Tracking the spend with finance controller on a monthly basis.

Requirements

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

• 5 years of experience in Digital Media: Search, Programmatic & Social. Preferably from an agency background.
• Consistent strong performer and results in previous roles.
• Proven record of developing performance campaigns, Amazon Sponsored ads, Google Search, driving strong ROAS as well as other brand metrics
• Have a solid practical knowledge of performance marketing tactics
• Strong analytical skills and making impactful reports to senior stakeholders
• CPG, beauty experience is a plus
