Permanent Placement Consultant

Job description / Role

Permanent Placement Consultant - Abu Dhabi

The purpose of this role is to develop and manage Client and Candidate relationship in order to generate profitable business in Permanent Placement Recruitment for the Company.

He/She needs to :
• Map the local market and build a potential client list to develop the business in Permanent Placement services
• Make cold calls or follow leads to approach prospective clients
• Actively participate in meetings with clients, presenting Adecco’s permanent placement services in order to promote company’s image and source new business
• Continuously seek to develop the business within existing clients through contacts with Line Managers by identifying new sales leads
• Deliver recruitment projects regarding middle to senior level profiles
• Prepare contracts/terms & conditions for recruitment projects
• Present candidates to clients who meet their requirements and make interview arrangements, ensuring the candidates are fully briefed on the interview arrangements.
• Ensures full implementation of Adecco’s policies in all activities

Requirements

• University Degree in Business Administration, Finance, HR, Social Studies or other (will be an asset)
• Minimum 1-2 years in a Sales role within the Recruitment industry (Agency)
• Direct Search / Head Hunting and recruitment of specialized positions
• MS Office
• Fluent in English Language
