Personal Administrator to the Finance Director - Part Time

First established in the UK, this company provides security and protection to the shipping industry. Since its inception in 2009, the organisation has rapidly grown and has established a regional infrastructure for the provision of vessel protection to every kind of merchant shipping vessel passing through high risk areas. They now have representation in Dubai, Tokyo, Japan and Singapore.
This role is ideal for a working Mum looking to return to workplace as working hours are 25 hours per week and our client is flexible as to how these are managed. This is a purely personal support role and will involve providing administration and operational support to the Finance Director in all her personal requirements including managing her properties in terms of maintenance, rentals and advertising on property portals. Managing all personal travel arrangements for the FD and her family including visas, hotel bookings, flights etc.
in addition to managing her personal diary in terms of meetings, events and personal appointments. There will be also be an element of financial management as you will have access to her bank account for payment of invoices and bills etc. and you will also assist her husband with appointments. There will be daily interaction with the Personal Assistant to the Finance Director who takes care of all corporate and business matters as well as assisting the team with general administration as and when required.
Our client is seeking an individual with a personable and flexible approach, who can think on her feet, have a proactive nature and who is highly organised. We are looking for previous experience in a similar role but more importantly is the right temperament to fit in with the friendly nature of the office. Ideally the candidate will be on her husbands’ sponsorship but a visa can be provided if necessary. Our client has invited candidates with mother tongue English to apply.
