On behalf of our client a diversified business group we are looking to recruit a Personal Assistant. Reporting to the CEO you will be responsible for all secretarial and administrative duties including diary management, travel arrangements, conference room bookings, event organization, taking minutes of meetings and attending to light personal matters.
Requirements
The successful candidate must be a resident of the UAE, have a minimum of two years UAE and three years international Personal Assistant experience, be fluent in English and have a UAE licence and the use of your own vehicle.
