Job description / Role
Charterhouse is looking for a Personal Assistant for a private in Dubai, to manage the household for an UNHW family.
The role will require an energetic, charismatic, super organised and efficient individual who will take charge of overseeing the property and supporting the family. You will be responsible for the household team, managing the household staff, contractors and relationships with vendors. This role will be based within both the house and family office.
The PA will be required to be very hands on and take initiative with tasks. This role will be a connector between the household and the family office, liaising closely with the family members personal PA’s. You will research and prepare presentations for the family, manage bookings, reservations and online transactions, oversee household admin such as budgeting, petty cash and bill payments.
You will be required to create and maintain a full household inventory and be responsible for caring for silver, china, antiques, fine art and luxury cars.
Requirements
The successful candidate must have strong experience working with HNW individuals or families previously. You will be discreet, trustworthy and understand the professional balance working within the private residence.
You must be a driven and motivated professional who takes initiative and works well within a team spread across the globe, a positive attitude is key to this role.
Experience in property maintenance, renovations or fit-outs would be an advantage but not essential. Preference will be given to candidate with experience based within a private residence.
