Job description / Role
Personal Assistant - Abu Dhabi
• Full logistics support/travel arrangements (considering the requirements, time frames & budget).
• Acting as the point of contact in between senior management and employees.
• Office renovation (full cycle from a scratch).
• Compiling & planning a year planner for Director of different region
• External & internal events organization (from A to Z) & coordination (bi-weekly corporate lunches, offsite team events, functional meetings, cluster meetings).
• Dealing with the suppliers, analyzing quotations, processing invoices in CRM, making requisitions with minimal oversight and in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
• Expense claims control & submission (for managers).
• Preparation and tailoring of Board level presentations, org charts, minutes (requiring advanced PowerPoint skills, attention to detail and appreciation of the subject matter to ensure clarity).
