Position: Personal Assistant, 5+ Years’ Experience (PT or FT)

Location: Dubai

We provide college admissions counseling to Emirati and international students seeking admission to the full spectrum of US universities and colleges. Our admissions counseling model is highly personalized, as all of our sessions are conducted one-on-one with students. Position: Personal Assistant

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Managing the office calendar and personal calendar of the CEO
• Answering and forwarding office calls
• Coordinating presentations and out of office events
• Performing basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties, including:
• Handling petty cash and light accounting
• Managing office and marketing material inventory
• Managing office and marketing material budget
• Communicating with vendors
• Organizing client files
• Coordinating courier orders
• Collecting payment from clients
• Sending client invoices and payment reminders
• Depositing and collecting checks from bank
• Providing CEO with client information before meetings
• Updating client meeting notes
• Preparing CEO travel itinerary
• Managing CEO’s calls while he is out of office
• Monitoring team email account
• Acting as substitute for office manager on Fridays
• Managing limited HR duties, including:
• Employee on-boarding process and termination process
• Employee health insurance coordination
• Employment authorization letters
• Employee parking passes
• Employee work visas and contracts


• Bachelor’s degree from accredited western university
• 5+ years experience as a personal assistant to a corporate leader
• Valid UAE driving license
• Required Skills
• Impeccable written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Proficiency in Google Drive and Dropbox
• Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
• Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
• Exposure to accounting a plus
