Job description / Role
Charterhouse are working with an organisation within sustainability who are looking to hire a Personal Assistant (Spanish speaker) to support their two C-level executives due to growth within the business.
As Personal Assistant to the CEO and another C-Level Executive, this role allows you to be involved with a variety of tasks whilst working within a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will be divided between both personal and professional tasks including diary and email management, scheduling meetings and conference calls as well as travel arrangements.
You will be responsible for booking meetings and ensuring all professional appointments are carried out in a timely manner. Alongside this you will carry out any adhoc duties as required.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years PA experience, ideally working within the UAE. It is essential that you have excellent communication skills in Spanish and English, both written and verbal with exceptional knowledge of the UAE.
To be successful for this role you must be able to work well both independently and within a team and able to meet deadlines in a timely manner. Our client requires someone who is highly motivated, hard working with a positive attitude in an ever changing fast paced environment.
