Personal Assistant to the General Manager

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a highly organized and pro-active Personal Assistant to the General Manager to provide administrative and secretarial support in a fast-paced law firm based in UAE-Dubai. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize the General Manager's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Assist in preparing for meetings and taking meeting minutes
- Coordinate and maintain the General Manager's files and records
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Act as the point of contact between the General Manager and internal/external clients
- Perform general office management tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment
- Assist in organizing and executing company events and functions
- Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by the General Manager

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field is preferred
