Personal Care Brand Manager: The successful candidate will be responsible for launching and growing two new personal care brands in the GCC region. The Brand Manager must have a good handle on generating consumer and market insights, including the ability to analyse market data, as he or she will be responsible for the prelaunch preparation. This will include the full cycle from consumer insight generation to concept development to implementing and executing a launch campaign for these brands in the GCC region.

The Brand Manager will be the point-person for developing, implementing and executing marketing initiatives and activities for their particular brand after the initial launch phase. These initiatives and activities include campaigns (print, web, social media, broadcast, etc.), events, corporate and sponsorships where applicable. The successful candidate will be responsible for more than executing marketing campaigns; they are also in charge of managing and developing P&L and driving market growth. Strong analytical skills, business savvy and the ability to multitask are all essential.

• Professional judgment and discretion that comes from years of experience in the field
• Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years previous experience in Brand Management within the personal care category in the GCC.
