Job description / Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personnel Assistant to join our team in Dubai, UAE.
- The Personnel Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the human resources department and assisting with various personnel-related tasks.
- The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Salary:
AED
4,000 to 5,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

- Proven experience as a personnel assistant.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
