Pitch Manager

Job description / Role

A strategic as well as executional role the Pitch Manager will be responsible for all bid and tender related activity. Working with Partners to identify which pitches to dedicate resource to and how to position the organisation

Responsibilities:
* Responsible for all pitches
* Work across multiple practice areas
* Close work with the Partners and Associates
* Responsible for Bid/No Bid decisions
* Put in place appropriate processes to streamline pitches
* Accountable for Pitch success rate

The role is a vital part of the BD and Marketing team in the region and will handle complex, high value pitches and proposals. As such an individual of the highest calibre is required, combining experience of pitch and proposal work in a similar organisation with strong softer skills that enable stakeholder management at senior levels. Clearly top class attention to detail and fluent written English are essential

Requirements

* Degree educated
* Significant experience of working in Business Development or pitch/tender roles within the Professional Services sector
* Experience of working in a partnership environment
* Organised with good interpersonal skills
* Experience of working in the Middle East is a substantial advantage
* Fluent Written English
