Pizza Chef

Job description / Role

We are looking for a skilled Pizza Chef to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality pizzas and other menu items in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The Pizza Chef will be knowledgeable about traditional and modern Italian pizza recipes( Neapolitan , family pizza focaccia ), and will have a passion for delivering delicious and visually appealing dishes to our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook high-quality pizzas and other menu items according to traditional and modern recipes
- Monitor food stock levels and place orders as needed
- Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by sanitizing work areas and equipment
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain smooth and efficient kitchen operations
- Coordinate with servers and other staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Contribute to menu planning and development of new pizza recipes

Salary:
AED 3,000 to 4,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a specialized Pizza Chef
- In-depth knowledge of various pizza types, doughs, sauces, and toppings
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and passion for delivering high-quality food
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Certification from a culinary school or technical training is a plus
- able to work under pressure
