As a key member of our culinary team, you'll be instrumental in bringing the true essence of Italian street cuisine to our guests.

Responsibilities:
• Craft mouth-watering pizzas using fresh, high-quality ingredients that reflect the flavours of Italy's vibrant street food scene.
• Master the art of hand-stretching dough, applying sauces, and skilfully operating our specialized pizza ovens.
• Collaborate with our culinary crew to introduce exciting and unique pizza creations that set Isabella apart from the rest.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and adhere to food safety protocols in our lively kitchen.

Requirements

• Preferably Italian or other EU national
• Proven experience as a Pizzaiolo or pizza chef in a fast food or casual dining setting.
• Passion for Italian street food and a desire to bring an authentic experience to our diverse clientele.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment and deliver exceptional pizzas consistently.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, ensuring smooth collaboration with the Isabella team.
• Flexibility to adapt to the vibrant and varied hours of our street kitchen operation.
