My client, a Multinational FMCG firm are is looking to hire a planning Analyst, to create and delivery all reporting and analysis requirements of the SC team. This role will assist the Supply Planner in delivering major analysis that will highlight areas of improvement for SC management

My Client is Multinational FMCG Organisation
The role of the Supply Chain Planning Analyst will include, but not limited to the following:
* Analyse, streamline and understand all reporting requirements for Gulf Supply Planning Team
* Accordingly, create shared reports that will be used by all planning team members in Gulf, including but not limited to
* Freshness ( Age on Dispatch from Source Unit, Age on Arrival to Hub, Age on Dispatch to Markets, Age on Arrival in Markets --- Weekly
* GAC, Lower Gulf and UAE markets warehouse pro-active freshness reports --- Weekly for UAE / GAC - Periodic for Lower Gulf
Scorecard Management & Code Management
* Deliver Gulf SC Scorecard for all SC related KPIs , including major root causes as well as clear owners
* Act as internal Business Data administrator , keep track of all Code changes as well as local code change requirements, inform related parties of the changes including UAE Customer Service Team and Distributors
Planning Analysis
* Root cause analysis, deviations from projection
* Top 10 item contribution analysis for Over/Under Stock for all LG markets
* Adherence to Stock Cover Framework analysis

Requirements
For the role of Supply Chain Planning Analyst the ideal candidate must have the following:
* A minimum 2+ years of experience in a Supply and Demand Planning position,
* Must have experience in FMCG or Food industry
* Ideally have Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain or Logistics Management
* Must have experience in SAP
* Candidate Must be based in the UAE
