Job description / Role
• Manage the preparation of Projects Schedule to ensure the Contracts Requirements are met
• Manage and review the preparation of Daily/Weekly/Monthly Progress Reports
• Identify the potential delays and recommended strategies to avoid delays
• Analysis of existing Project delays and assessment of potential claims
• Resources Product Assessment
• Preparation of Time Impact Analysis for Extension of Time
• Preparation of Tender Programme
Requirements
• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
• At least 15 years Post Graduate Experience out of which is 10 years in United Arab Emirates as Planning Engineer or MS Project Management with practical experience in the construction field
• Knowledge in FIDIC Conditions of Contract
• Expertise in Primavera PS 6
• MS Office Application and AutoCad
• Excellent command of English Language
• Arabic Language is an advantage
