Job description / Role
Our client, a Tier 1 International building contractor are currently looking to recruit an experienced Planning Engineer to be based in Dubai. This is the chance to work for a highly reputable construction company which has an order book of 2 billion AED for 2017.
The role will typically include working on new build and property refurbishment schemes ranging in value from 5,000,000AED - 50,000,000AED.
Requirements
To be considered for the role you will be from an Engineering background with a minimum BSc Degree in Civil Engineering. You will have at least 3 years site based site engineering experience and then at least 5 years experience of working as a planning engineer.
The projects are construction and refurbishment and therefore candidates must be from a construction background (not civil engineering). Must be proficient in the use of Primavera (P6) and MS Office. As well as being technically competent the successful candidate will be a good problem solver with excellent communication and client facing skills.
