Planning Executive - Dubai

My client is seeking a Planning Executive to join their multinational consumer goods organisation here in Dubai. You'll join a large, multicultural team, with a fun, vibrant team, all with modern offices and a positive atmosphere. As the Planning Executive, you will be responsible but not limited to:
• Accumulates the necessary information such as PSI (Purchase, Sales and Inventory) data of distributors, sell-thru data of major retailers, statistical analysis data of 3rd parties and so on. Manages and distributes the data to related staff time to time.
• Collects the forecasted purchase plan of distributors via sales division monthly. Manages and distributes the summarized data to related staff time to time.
• Based upon the analysis of collected data, makes sales plan monthly by model, by customer and by month for a six-month cycle.
• Reports and review the sales plan with Sales Manager and Divisional General Managers, then finalizes the plan.
• Simulates the gross profit and supports Divisional General Manager to devise P/L plan.
• Understanding & Handling Company’s internal system and do order Inputting allocate the goods and necessary order processing operation.
• Make sales support materials / data by Microsoft PPT, Excel, Word according to requests from Sales/Marketing manager and Divisional General Manager.
• Make Sales Support Documents to proceed sales activities such as proforma invoice, Order Sheet and so on.
• Understand company’s internal system
• Communicates with people in HQs concerning the new product launching, production schedule, price information and so on.
• Any other task to be delegated by the instructions of the Company from time to time.

Requirements

With great career prospects on offer for the right profile, my client requires the following criteria to be considered.

• Japanese National OR fluent in Japanese
• Degree educated . PSI planning experience
• Product Management experience
• Strong Microsoft experience (Excel, PowerPoint etc)
• A sales/target driven self-starter
• Previous experience managing and working with distributors
