Employment: Full Time

Our Client, a leading company in the UAE, is looking for a Planning & Scheduling Supervisor to join their team in Dubai.

The main purpose of the role, is to efficiently and effectively plan and schedule the offshore activities, which includes planning activities, manpower resources, materials and scheduling the delivery of materials and execution of activities within the planned activity scope as per maintenance strategy and job priority.

The Key Responsibilities of the role include:

• Responsible for preparing and planning offshore tanker loading, protective / corrective maintenance, inspection programs, Change Approval Forms (CAF) and static / fabric repairs.
• Responsible for preparing, updating and publishing the following plans in accordance to the company’s planning procedure and process;

- 6 Months Look Ahead Plan
- 90 Day Look Ahead Plan
- 28 Day Locked Plan
- 28 Day Rolling Plan
- 7 Day Weekly Schedule Plan
- Offshore Implementation Priority

• Prepare various reports to analyse Planning and Scheduling performance such as; the schedule compliance, work order data compliance and maintenance backlog.
• Ensure compliance with Oracle process for planning & scheduling work order in monthly / weekly basis. Responsible for the complete process from scheduling the activity, ordering materials, reviewing materials and closing of the work order after execution.
• Run reports and verify all safety critical Preventative Maintenance (PM) / Corrective Maintenance (CM) are scheduled to be executed in the specified timeframe. Advise Superintendent of non-executed safety critical PM to request for formal deferment.
• Responsible for materials planning for the execution of planned activities. Ensure materials are requested ahead of time to be available for offshore during the planned activity timeframe.
• Responsible for preparing offshore total / partial shutdown plans that includes activity planning, manpower manning and materials planning.
• Prepare P-10, P-50 & P-90 S-Curve for production projects / shutdown programs. Track actual progress versus planned S-Curve.
• Collaborate with the onshore planning team, Offshore Installation Managers (OIM’s), superintendents and first line supervisors in order to collect data, review plans and schedules, and prioritise planned activities.

• Completion of Secondary (10 years) education, Tradesman/ Technicians Qualifications or Engineering Degree with relevant experience.
• 10 years’ experience in planning and scheduling.
• 5 years’ experience in offshore production operations.
• 5 years' experience in maintenance planning including material and manpower planning
• Coordinated a minimum of 3 major shutdown / turnaround projects.
• Advance users of Primavera, MS projects and Oracle / SAP Enterprise software.
• Knowledge of database programming would be an advantage. Competencies/Skills/Others:
• Strong written and spoken English language skills
• Should be computer literate, having knowledge of MS Office
