What you'll be doing

Our Associate Planogramming Manager is responsible for maximizing the profit potential by creating and implementing brand and SKU level planograms by store and providing analytics that will provide insights on how to boost productivity by SQM. She/he is reporting into the Manager Merchandising Operations

Responsibilities:

- Working on the store and category zoning
- Creating and maintaining the planograms
- Send the planogram and work with the retail team to ensure that the execution takes place while maintaining a tracker.
- Communicate with retail teams, receive feedback from Cat Man about listing and delisting of SKU's.
- Clear phase-in/phase-out process that would be supported by the planogrammer, assortment planner and led by the category managers
- Creating the commercial brief for a new store or store renovation together with the Cat Man team and aligning with internal stakeholders like the project team, finance, service, supply, etc.
- Fixture library creation and maintenance for space planning
- Brand and SKU performance monthly library updates
- Product library maintenance including gathering of product images and product dimensions for new and current assortments.
- Flag and correct inconsistencies in brand/product library
- Brand and SKU level planogram creation for new and current stores by identifying categories and planogram types
- Assortment reviews and analysis pertaining to space planning and space optimization, shelving allocations to provide feedback to internal and external stakeholders.
- Cyclical space reviews for the launching of new brands within the current assortment by providing expertise to improve merchandising practices.
- Recommend withdrawal of underperforming references and de-listing of brands.

Requirements

What you'll need to succeed

- A minimum of 4 years in a commercial role within the retail sector.
- Process orientated and organized individual with good attention to detail
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint applications
- A general understanding of CX in beauty and luxury preferably
- Experience in Space Planning Software is preferred
- Proficiency in managing stakeholders and fostering partnerships, with a track record of successful Planogramming experience.
