Job description / Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plastic Surgeon to join our prestigious medical facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have substantial expertise in performing a wide range of plastic and reconstructive surgical procedures, along with a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and outcomes.

Responsibilities:
- Performing cosmetic and reconstructive surgical procedures, including breast augmentation, liposuction, rhinoplasty, facelifts, and body contouring.
- Assessing patients' needs and developing personalized treatment plans that align with their aesthetic goals and medical requirements.
- Conducting pre-operative consultations to discuss surgical options, potential risks, and expected outcomes with patients.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for patients throughout their surgical journey.
- Staying updated on the latest advancements in plastic surgery techniques, technologies, and trends to enhance the quality of care provided.
- Maintaining accurate medical records, documenting surgical procedures, and adhering to ethical and legal standards in patient care.
- Participating in medical conferences, research activities, and educational initiatives to contribute to the advancement of plastic surgery practice.

Salary:
AED 75,000 to 80,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Benefits like Flight once a year, 30 days of annual leave, 10 public holidays, Accommodation and education allowance of children’s.

Requirements

- Board certification in Plastic Surgery
- Proven experience as a Plastic Surgeon with a successful track record of performing cosmetic and reconstructive surgeries.
- In-depth knowledge of surgical techniques, anesthesia, wound healing, and patient assessment in the context of plastic surgery.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, colleagues, and support staff.
- Strong commitment to upholding the highest standards of patient safety, confidentiality, and ethical conduct.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment and adapt to evolving medical practices and technologies.
- Demonstrated dedication to continuous learning, professional development, and participation in research or academic pursuits.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
