Plastic Surgeon Specialist / Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plastic Surgeon Specialist/Consultant to join our prestigious healthcare facility in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert surgical and non-surgical treatments to patients seeking cosmetic or reconstructive procedures. This role requires a strong emphasis on patient care, surgical precision, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities:
- Performing a wide range of surgical procedures including breast augmentation, liposuction, rhinoplasty, facelifts, and reconstructive surgeries.
- Conducting thorough consultations with patients to understand their aesthetic goals and medical history.
- Developing customized treatment plans that align with each patient's unique needs and desired outcomes.
- Utilizing the latest surgical techniques and technologies to ensure optimal results and patient safety.
- Providing pre-operative and post-operative care to patients, including monitoring recovery progress and addressing any concerns or complications.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care for patients requiring complex reconstructive procedures.
- Staying updated on advancements in plastic surgery and participating in continuous education and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with regulatory standards and best practices.

Salary:
AED 45,000 to 95,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

- Medical Degree from an accredited institution and completion of a residency program in plastic surgery.
- Proven experience as a Plastic Surgeon Specialist/Consultant with a strong portfolio of successful surgical outcomes.
- In-depth knowledge of various surgical techniques, aesthetic procedures, and non-invasive treatments.
- Exceptional surgical skills with a focus on precision, attention to detail, and the ability to achieve natural-looking results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to establish rapport with patients and provide clear, compassionate guidance throughout the treatment process.
- Strong ethical values and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of patient care, safety, and confidentiality.
- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative healthcare environment and contribute to a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language proficiency is a plus.
- Demonstrated dedication to ongoing professional development and participation in relevant conferences, workshops, and research endeavors.
