Job description / Role
A prominent Polyclinic in Abu Dhabi is looking for a Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon with extensive experience to join their team on a full-time basis.
* Western Board education is Mandatory
Responsibilities
• Consult patients to assess their concerns regarding appearance and the services they desire.
• Perform reconstructive and cosmetic surgeries including but not limited to liposuction, rhinoplasty, blepharoplasty, rhytidectomy, mammoplasty.
• Perform non-surgical procedures including Botox and cosmetic fillers.
• Provide patient education regarding safety and risks associated with the procedures.
• Perform follow-up procedures to ensure that the healing process is as expected.
Requirements
• Possess an undergraduate (MD, MBBS, MBChB or equivalent) qualification from a Western Board accredited institution.
• Possess a recognized postgraduate specialty qualification from a Western Board accredited institution.
• HAAD or DHA License is preferred
• Have no less than 5 years full-time employment experience as a Plastic Surgeon
• JCI experience is highly desirable
Preferred Skills
• Proficient in the use of computers including Microsoft products and EMR systems
• Fluent in verbal and written English
• Arabic speakers are highly desirable
