Job description / Role
Principal Functions:
- Own and Maintain the technology Stack/Security Platforms and plan for future technological enhancements.
- Work with Marketing Teams to design and build new Managed Security services with achievable SLA’s.
- Support Marketing in BD pursuits and engaging the future business strategic decision making.
- Acts as a Level-3 for operations team for resolving critical Incidents and problems.
- Works on continuous service improvement and defines requirements for the same.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide the Technological expertise to drive and evolve the Security infrastructures and technologies in alignment with the Security business strategy.
- Act as a design authority to articulate complex solutions for specific customer projects and drive the overall platform design strategy to deliver the Security value proposition.
- Work in coordination with Security Solution Marketing to design new value propositions and enable the overall Security strategy as envisioned by business.
- Lead a team focused in the continuous customer service improvement and quality assessment and perform internal operational audits over the activities of operational teams to improve customer satisfaction.
- Lead the overall health of the Security platform in terms of capacity management, interlocking with external suppliers for expansions and having an end to end responsibility to avoid capacity constraints.
- Lead the team configuring ITSM tools in coordination with technological operational experts from operational teams and coordinate with rest of teams providing and developing IT tools.
- Interlock with customers representing the ultimate authority in terms on Security design and provide the evolution and roadmap of the Security capabilities in coordination with business.
- Provide a KPI based governance system about the health of the Security infrastructures and provide remediation strategies from an architectural and design standpoint in case they are required.
- Represent the unit in technologic forums and interlock with external stakeholders in what regards architectural and design of the Security capabilities.
- Act as L3 expert support in what regards ITIL V3 processes related with Design, Architecture or Capacity management of the Security environment.
- Learn continuously about latest technologies on Security and virtualization and expand that knowledge into the Security unit as SME, and especially with the Security Solution Marketing peers to strategize adoption.
Requirements
Engineering or technical degree with additional education in Security Architecture for complex environments, Security deployments or platforms.
CCNA, CCNA Security, CISSP, Windows/Linux Systems Administration, Incident Handler Training, Arbor, SIEM, Firewall, IPS, Sandboxing, CISM
