Job description / Role

434 rooms, a restaurant, a bar - and all the technical devices, equipment and tiny gadgets running like clockwork. That's your mission. You'll be working hand in glove with your team, and together you'll make sure that staff and our guests always have Wi-Fi and electric light, and the oven in the kitchen never goes cold. We're looking forward to welcoming you to the technical management of our hotel as Plumber.

What you will be doing:

- You'll be making sure that all the equipment in the building functions all the time and, if it doesn't, that it's quickly put right
- You'll be fully aware of the maintenance request procedure and ensure that it is followed and carried out at all times.
- You'll perform and clean all system concerning sewage, storm water, grease traps etc.
- You'll repair and control of domestic water tank and system.
- You'll maintain all sanitary fixtures in wash basins, bidets, and bath tubs, toilets, and all associated fittings of the hotel.
- You'll control on temperature and flow of water in all system of the hotel and schedules for cleaning repair and change.
- You'll cooperate with other Engineering team members in detention of failures in plumbing systems and function set-up.
- You'll schedule and control shut of valves in case of emergencies.
- You'll repair all hydraulic systems.
- You'll control water consumption, avoiding waste due to leaking or broken valves.

Requirements

Your experience and skills include:

- You've completed a course of technical training and gained your first professional experience
- You don't just enjoy tightening screws behind the scenes, but also like being in contact with our guests
- You can work on your own initiative, and are interested in the field of gas and water installations
- You're not just bringing your abilities, but also your character
