Job description / Role
The opportunity
Your responsibilities will include:
• Recognising lead for projects controls delivery of medium/high complexity projects/programmes.
• Defining specific project control methods, techniques and tools.
• Being an expert in the implementation of EVM and total cost management.
• Managing and cultivating defined client relationships and securing new work
• Leading and managing a team of professionals delivering projects controls services and responsible for staff development.
• Devising strategies, alternatives and recommendations for effective delivery solutions to meet client needs.
• Managing resourcing, growing and developing the team.
• Setting up effective project controls systems and procedures.
• Supporting to senior management in deal negotiations, contract development, due diligence and other business development or alliance development projects.
Requirements
About you
• You have a degree or equivalent with professional work experience in one or more specific disciplines in the programme, project or commercial management disciplines.
• You have an ability to manage activities with significant uncertainty of solution or outcome.
• You have a relevant CSCS Card.
• You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and lead strong, motivated teams.
• You will have a construction or project management background and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace have to offer.
