PMP Certified Business Performance Expert

Job description / Role

We are looking for a Project Management certified Performance Management Specialist, Arabic preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities and Accountability

The Business Performance Expert works with clarity and confidence; recognizing that businesses need to evolve to remain competitive. The executive possesses a strong understanding and expertise of how to successfully benchmark the performance of the business on a continuous basis, addressing any issues on an actionable basis.

The incumbent is likely to have stemmed from a career within a “project management” and will have a minimum of 5 years professional exposure, focusing on business performance. Experience in both the private and government sectors would be a welcome addition, as would being bilingual in Arabic and English. Equivalent roles are likely to be Business Strategist; Business Analyst, etc.

Leads the business performance strategy; equips others with oversight in alignment to the organization’s objectives. Embeds change principles and methodologies when necessary ensuring human capital is optimized at all times. Promotes strategy and techniques to the leadership team; encourages a learning culture which subsequently results in improvement, thereby strengthening business performance.

Requirements

Demonstrates strong business process skills, fulfilling the requirements of the role by:
- Ensuring alignment to the business objectives
- Assessing critical processes and their link to key aspects of the business strategy
- Creating optimal structures to meet arising challenges
- Working closely with the Business Intelligence Expert
- Delivering operational excellence via structure
- Building and enhancing skills and capabilities internally
- Conducting quality assessments

The Business Performance Expert maintains strong stakeholder skills across the organization.
