Position Title: Port Agency Officer
Employment Type: Full Time

About the Client:
One of the highly recognized company within the Logistics industry , based in Dubai and having major sea freight operations with Europe, Africa and the Middle East

Job Description:
• Responsible for END to END transactions for EXPORT & IMPORT shipments to/from UAE
• Arrange purchase orders from the customers and coordinate the necessary services required (such as transportation for pick up/collection or delivery of goods to customer’s premise)
• Keep track of the Pre and Post shipment activities including the customs related task and ensuring customers are well informed on their shipment’s status
• Check and prepare the commercial and shipping documents ensuring that the shipment adheres to country’s custom regulations
• Preparing Exchange Bill of Lading for OFF import and calling con-signee to inform of arrival notice then issue invoices to customers and process payment transactions thereafter
• Handling pricing information, billing details and assure that charges are up-to-date with all customers as per current market range

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Open to Asian and Eastern European nationality
• 38 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree or any relevant certificate
• At least 3 years of experience in the same role in sea freight services
• Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
