Portfolio Executive

Job description / Role

Purpose: To sell Balance Transfer, Loan on Phone and Easy Payment plans to existing base of customers and increase balances and revenue for the organization

Duties typically include, but are not limited to
- Maximize AR : Sale of add on facility on credit cards such as Balance Transfer / Loan on Phone and Easy
- Payment Plan via telephone solicitation to ensure full understandability of the product features and benefits; provide support and drive spend through communication of ongoing offers
- Achieving monthly assigned targets
- Meeting daily target : i.e. 60 connected calls
- Handling customer inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction at all level

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: High School

Minimum Experience (number of years): 2-3 years

Job-specific /Technical Skills:
Knowledge of financial services, use of MS office
