Job description / Role
• Assist in public and private maritime societies, associations and initiatives through handling and preparing meetings, bookings, letters, invitations, confirmations and reports, etc.
• Assisting in handling and arranging local, regional and international events and preparing reports.
• Assisting in different campaigns, and media initiatives
• Assisting in handling and monitoring social media.
• Assisting in following up with procurement and preparing financial reports
• Handling events, exhibitions and meetings.
• Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with representatives of community, consumer, employee, and public interest groups.
• Plan and direct development and communication of informational programs to maintain favorable public and stockholder perceptions of an organization's accomplishments and agenda.
• Confer with production and support personnel to produce or coordinate production of advertisements and promotions.
Requirements
• Male candidate.
• Minimum 4 years Experience in marketing in UAE (events, exhibitions, etc).
• Language proficiency: Fluent English level. Preferable bilingual (Arabic, English).
• Keyboard proficiency and MS Office/PC skills.
• Be customer service-minded and focus on solution providing.
• Ability to communicate effectively and clearly.
• Provide comprehensive solutions.
• Be self-motivated and take initiative.
• Ability to respond positively to working in a pressured environment.
• Work well with a team and be cooperative.
• Be flexible and adjust to changing business needs and environment.
