Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The PR Executive will act as the main Corporate PR support position ensuring smooth and efficient operation of programs and projects in areas that cover corporate marketing, Corporate Social Responsibility, Media Communications and Stakeholder coordination. This position will also work closely with the Consumer PR team for coordination and support on media projects and communications.

- Implement PR and communication plans and initiatives and play a role in developing and rolling out the Farah corporate PR program, including editing and coordinating content.
- Liaise with various Farah departments to ensure consistent flow of information on programs and activities.
- Maintain an up to date PR Library for internal and external use.
- Maintain an up-to-date Farah profile on relevant online and networking sites.
- Execute Corporate Social Responsibility projects and community events in coordination with Park PR teams
- Coordinate and respond to media requests as needed.
- Liaise with external support agencies to place corporate marketing briefs and to ensure timely deliverables.
- Manage events and activations inside and outside theme parks as assigned including coordination with Park PR and Operations teams, external suppliers and event organizers.
- Manage the production and distribution of PR collateral as required
- Manage the daily media coverage reports and monitoring tools in coordination with support agencies
- Document projects and track measurements to ensure effectiveness of various communication programs
- Undertake general administrative and clerical duties relevant to PR and communication projects

Requirements

- Have a bachelor degree in PR, Journalism, Marketing Communications, Business Administrations or related field
- Experience in writing and editing content
- Minimum of 2 years’ of experience in a communications role
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a PR agency environment
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of content design and development
