Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a global law firm who are currently expanding in the UAE. The firm have big ambitions in the Middle East and have a number of practices in the region. Our client is looking to hire a Practice / BD Executive for their Abu Dhabi office. This role will be heavily focused on legal business development.
Reporting to a BD Manager in another location, you will work closely with the Partners and Fee Earners on matters from start to finish. As the most Senior BD role in this particular office, you will be involved in decision making and expected to provide innovative ideas. There will be other basic BD duties such as pitch preparation, events, website and research. Alongside BD duties, you will be expected to handle a small portion of basic admin duties such as WIP and billings.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have a strong background in business development. Experience of legal is desired, but other professional services industries considered. You should be well educated and have a client focused approach with excellent attention to detail.
