Practice Executive

Charterhouse is working with a Global Law Firm, who is looking to hire a professional and switched on Practice Executive to join their Abu Dhabi Office. Our client is looking for someone who can hit the ground running, and is confident in their approach with effective communication skills.

The Practice Executive role embraces a team working approach, collaborating with others within the team, including legal assistants, other practice executives and supporting multiple partners across the Middle East offices.

As a Practice Executive, your main responsibility is to manage the full Billing cycle whilst working closely with finance to prepare invoices. You will be the main point of contact for clients on billing and invoice matters. Alongside this, you will also be responsible for some business development & marketing tasks.

This role will also be heavily administration related assisting with finance administration, preparing and filing documents, document amendments and PowerPoint presentations.

To be considered for this role, the candidate should have a minimum of 5 years Legal secretarial experience working for another international Law Firm and with regional exposure, specifically handling finance and billing matters as well as administrative tasks.

You will ideally have experience using electronic systems such as IManage, Intapp or 3E. You must have strong attention to detail and work well in a fast-paced setting. You must complete tasks with energy and enthusiasm and be extremely organised. You must have excellent communication skills in English. It is essential you have a positive and bright personality with a passion for learning and be team orientated.
