Job description / Role
This opportunity is with a contractor based in Dubai.
As a Design Engineer, you will be responsible in the delivery and execution of design for pressure vessels, reviewing specifications and other data to develop layouts, selection of replacement parts and rebuilding. Perform machine design calculations including stress, deflection, natural frequency, bearing loads/life, etc., outline proposals and detailed technical drawing packages using AutoCAD and 3D rendering software packages.
Requirements
To be successful you would ideally have a minimum 6 years of working experience as a design engineer within the static mechanical equipment in the Oil and Gas industry (EPC) having a diploma or bachelor's degree in Engineering and proficient in design software packages.
