Job description / Role
In order to succeed in the role, you'll need to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders from a range of functions, such as Sales & Marketing, Production & Operations, Finance and of course in the C-Suite. This is a brand new role, therefore you'll need to be confident and capable of driving this forward to ensure success, whilst also demonstrating the interpersonal skills to make others feel included and bought into the project.
You'll need to have the skills to make constant assessments of product pricing, profitability and broader commercial value, as well as being aware of the broader market in order to predict future trends as well as reacting to changes as they happen.

Requirements
The successful candidate is likely to;
* Have a strong background in previous Commercial Finance & specialist Pricing roles
* Be a self-motivated and confident individual, who can give examples of their previous achievements and the impact they have had on their businesses
* Ideally have previous experience in the Mining sector, or in other similar heavy industries
