PRINCIPAL (American School in Abu Dhabi) - to join in Aug 2024 for next academic year.

I’m currently recruiting for an American school in Abu Dhabi who is seeking a school Principal for next academic year, starting in Aug 2024. Looking to interview Senior Leaders from the USA, UK & Ireland, who have led a team of leaders and teachers, to ensure a high level of teaching and learning in a safe and engaging environment.

As the school Principal you will lead and ensure the ongoing successes of the school as well as future expansion. The school is seeking a Principal who demonstrates a relentless commitment to the students, staff and parents, overseeing curriculum development, assessment, strategic school systems, culture, and visions, whilst recruiting, managing and motivating staff to ensure a high level of teaching standards, whilst guiding staff in their career development.

Salary:
AED 40,000 to 50,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

To be suitable for the role of school Principal you must have the following:

• Be an experienced senior leader with a previous track record of success and 10 years’ experience in leadership
• Be able to create and positive culture that demonstrates honestly, integrity and initiative
• You must be fully qualified in Education with a Masters degree
• As school principal you will be professional, adaptable and committed to the long terms progression of the school, staff, students and wider community
