And how we can deliver a more sustainable world.? <br> Primary objective <br> To ensure process design is not compromised while managing the execution of the project. <br> <br> Carry out simulations, hydraulics, flow assurance during FEL1 to FEL 3, Detailed design. <br> Specific Accountabilities <br> - Strong Technical Knowledge in various process software. Independently perform steady and transient state hydraulics. Good knowledge of API standards that are used in performing these calculations. <br> - Very strong knowledge of HYSYS, HYSYS, DYNAMICS, PIPENET, PIPESEIM, TLNET, TGNET, OLGA, FLARENET <br> - Have performed Flare calculations using Flare Net <br> - Sound knowledge on Flow assurance and dynamic simulations is a must. <br> - Familiarity on analysis of the waxy oil pipeline, hydrate formation. <br> - Should be able to perform blowdown, over pressurization calculation, Wax deposition analysis using OLGA Wax module to determine inhibition, insulation and intervention requirements. <br> - Thermal-hydraulic analysis of the waxy crude cross-country export pipeline. Assess wax build-up rate during normal production and shutdown using OLGA wax module. Determine pigging and the restart pressure requirements, slug catcher sizing, surge analysis and surge mitigation options <br> - Experience in preparation of Simulation reports, surge analysis report, transient analysis report , steady state hydraulics report, wit clear conclusion and recommendations. <br> - Shall work under the supervision of Lead engineer for the project with effective communication with Engineers and Designers. <br> - Capable of executing multiple tasks and delivering it efficiently within specified schedule. <br> - Experience in working on steady state and transient state design activities (Mandatory Requirement) such as; <br> - <br> - Preparation of simulation/transient and steady state Basis of Design document <br> - Technical discussions with the client, project manager and other discipline leads to resolve the project issues. <br> - Preparation of other technical reports as required by the project. <br> - Fire water steady and transient analysis <br> - Cross country pipelines <br> - Quality Assurance - Responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of the Worley Quality Assurance system relevant to the Oil & Gas Business Unit <br> - Safety - Responsible for personal safety and safe working practices for the Oil & Gas Business Unit.<br><br> Essential Skills/Experience <br> - Engineering Degree in Chemical engineering <br> - Working experience in an engineering consultancy involved as simulation or FA engineer <br> - 18 Years design experience in the simulation or FA engineer with strong experience in process plant, Oil and Gas pipelines. <br> - Good understanding of relevant international codes & standards e.g. API, ASME, IP, NACE, BP etc. <br> - Good communication and technical writing skills in English language <br> - Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritisation of work to achieve them. <br> - Good Team Player <br> - Active contributor in developing creative solutions to optimize work delivery and an avid learner. <br> - Computer skills particularly in the use of PIPESIM, PIPENET, OLGA, FLARE NET, HYSYS Steady and dynamics softwares and knowledge of MS Office, Math Cad, etc.. <br> - Experience on middle east (particularly ADNOC) Onshore and offshore projects will be of advantage. <br><br>If you have the passion and talent to keep up, it's time to test the limits of what you can become.
