Jobs Responsibilities
- Concept studies (process and hydraulic simulations, mass & energy balance, PFD/P&ID's, equipment design, control systems, etc).
- Front End Engineering Design (FEED)
- Detail Engineering
- Pre-bid engineering and detailed techno-commercial proposals.
- Supervising, coordinating and training of process engineers.
- Ensuring Quality Assurance by conducting internal audits (trained as Internal Auditor).

Areas of expertise

Technical
- Comprehensive experience covering upstream oil & gas, refining, petrochemical and chemical processes.
- Covered all aspects of oil & gas, separation, gas treatment, water disposal, relief & flare systems, multiphase flow lines & pipeline hydraulics etc. through conceptual studies, basic/front end design & detailed design.
- Use and knowledge of industry & oil company standards and software like PIPESIM, PRO-II, HYSYS, PROSIM, HTRI, HTFS, FLARENET, etc.
- Good experience of both steady state and transient hydraulic analysis software like PIPESYS, ProFES, OLGA 2000, PIPEPHASE, TLNET, etc.
- Extensively participated in HAZID, HAZOP, SIL assessment and Design Reviews.

General
- Dynamic and enthusiastic approach.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and demonstrated performance as a team leader.
- A practical hands on approach is required.

Technical and Industry Experience
- Excellent technical and practical engineering skills and ability to consistently deliver quality, accurate and timely work to Worley and its clients.
- Excellent knowledge of the fundamental requirements of the process engineering, and the basic requirements of other engineering fields.
- Excellent knowledge of applicable local and international standards and statutory and regulatory specifications.Competent use of relevant software such as MS Office Suite and process engineering specific software.
- Extensive technical and practical experience in process engineering in the same or similar industry including experience in working in multi-disciplinary projects and teams.

Requirements

Education - Qualifications, Accreditation, Training

Required:
- A recognized and relevant degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent..
- Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) status.
- Relevant postgraduate qualifications in engineering; management, project management or supervisory qualifications or equivalent.

Experience Level
- Experience in the field of oil & gas, refinery, petrochemical process design. Preference will be given for candidates with experience in the Middle East engineering consultancy companies.
