Job description / Role

Mackenzie Jones is currently working in partnership with a large FMCG business to recruit for a PRO to join the HR function. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a world leading, global brand where you will have exposure in liaising with senior management within the organisation.

To be successful in this role is it essential that you have a proven track record in carrying out the following responsibilities in your current position:
- To ensure that the business remains compliant with all visa and employment legislation
- Manage new visa applications as well as cancellations
- Manage dependents visa renewals, medicals and emirates ID etc
- Remain commercially aware in terms of company licensing renewals
- Manage Emirates ID, medical cards and driving licences
- Manage connections for DEWA, Etisilat or DU
- Liaise with various ministries
- Remain familiar with labor and immigration services

Requirements

- Have minimum of 2 years experience as PRO (This is essential)
- Come from an FMCG background or a large multinational
- Degree educated
- Fluent in Arabic
- Hold a valid Dubai drivers license
- Be proficient in MS office suite
- Strong focus on providing a first class service
