Procurement Clerk

Job description / Role

Fast growing Maintenance & Fit-out company based in Dubai is looking for a Procurement Clerk with a minimum of 1 year experience directly related work experience in Dubai. Preferably from Pakistan or India.

Procurement Clerk Duties and Responsibilities
• Prepare Purchase Order.
• Monitoring inventory stock.
• Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers.
• Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
• Review and analyze all vendors for current price and stock availability.
• Develop/Suggest plans for purchasing equipment, services and supplies.
• Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts.
• Ensure that the products and supplies are high quality.
• Work with team members and immediate manager to complete duties as needed.

Salary:
AED 2,500 to 3,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Annual Ticket, Medical Insurance, Annual Leave & Others as per UAE Labor Law

Requirements

Requirements and Qualifications
• Moderate level of written and spoken English.
• Bachelor Graduate or College Diploma.
• Solid knowledge and understanding of procurement processes, policy, and systems.
• 3 years of previous experience as procurement staff or related position.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
• Ability to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions.
• Ability to negotiate, establish, and administer contracts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Accurate and precise attention to detail.
• Ability to work well with management and staff at all levels.
• Goal-oriented, organized team player.
