Job description / Role
A new technical school in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain is hiring an experienced Procurement Coordinator. The ideal candidate must be in Abu Dhabi and/or Al Ain and can start as soon as possible or by August.
• The successful candidate must be able to run the purchasing department smoothly and efficiently, ensuring that Campus purchases are made at the most economical price and are still of a good quality.
• Responsible for supervision purchase-related activities of the Campus.
• Responsible for ensuring the Campus procures the best possible goods and services at the most cost effective rates.
Salary:
AED
8,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
Experience and Qualifications:
• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited educational institution in Accounting / Business Administration / Economics or related field.
• Fluent in Arabic and English languages.
• Three plus years of professional experience in the field of Procurement.
• Knowledge in Policies, Procedures and Functions of purchases.
• Literate with computerized operating software, word, and excel.
• Working knowledge of the technical specification of materials purchased.
• Deep understanding of the market and the various sources of procurement.
