We are actively recruiting for a Procurement Manager who have worked on large scale Civil infrastructure projects. Candidates will be responsible for managing and maintaining all aspects of commercial/Contracts and financial elements of the project.

A typical week would include:

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and advice on correspondence to the Tenders and Auctions Committee
• Provide direction and guidance on procurement strategies
• Manage the Tender process from issue to award
• Review of technical schedules, Scope of Works and BOQs before preparation of the RFP documents
• Preparation of evaluation criteria and scoring methodology
• Provide Contract and Commercial advice and guidance
• Coordination of the technical evaluation process and invite successful bidders to submit the commercial bid
• Manage commercial bid evaluation
• Chair contract negotiations meeting
• Preparation of award recommendation reports
• Manage the contract award process
• Provide Regional and Global expertise to meet client's needs.

Other duties as assigned.

• Collaboratively work with the client
• Counterparts to provide advice on compliance and agreement on matters in dispute.
• Collaboratively work with the client in providing advice and support.
• Interacts with the corporate Regional and Global offices to support client specific needs and to implement best practices.

Requirements

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• 20 years with relevant qualifications
• In-depth knowledge and experience of the procurement management of complex projects at all stages of the design and construction
• Middle East construction experience added benefit, delivery experience in Saudi Arabia would be a differentiator
• Knowledge of FIDIC forms of contract
• Excellent written English for preparation of contract notices, letters, variation instructions, cost reports and communications
• Good negotiation skills to agree contracts and variations with third parties
• Good attention to details.
