About the Client:
One of the leading MEP service providers in this region

Job Role:
• To procure equipment, materials & systems complying to project Quality and Specification requirements.
• To procure materials and subcontract in timely manner within approved budgeted cost.
• Prior to ordering, to check all ex-stocks availability in central stores and sub stores.
• To ensure timely delivery of equipment, material & systems to support site installation works as per approved work program.
• All procurement process should comply to management approved procedures and policies with respect to time, cost, and quality.
• Prepares documentation for internal process as per the Standards.

Requirements

Position Title: Procurement Manager - MEP and Civil
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 20K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualification
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

Requirements:
• Open Arabic and Asian nationals
• Male, 45 y/o and below
• Holder of Electrical, Mechanical or Civil Engineering Degree or any relevant
• Minimum 10 year’ experience in the same role in a similar industry; experience with Dubai and Sharjah markets is preferred
• Excellent knowledge of materials (both MEP and Construction)
• Excellent Knowledge of ERP usage, adaptation, and suppliers’ database
• Must have high negotiation skills for better terms of purchase and payments
• Well-versed with bank facilities LCs. Trs, etc.
• Fluency in English is a must
