We are looking for an experienced Procurement Officer for a Marine Services Company to work in Ras Al Khaimah – U.A.E on a Permanent Role.

Based in Ras Al – Khaimah - U.A.E and reporting into the Fleet Operations Manager, we are looking for a bachelor’s with 8 years previous experience in procurement in shipping companies or similar that can ensure that all stores, spares requested by ships are processed adequately. 

The role requires a person capable of making several quotations for a request and maintaining a service record of suppliers by getting feedback from ships and other clients. 

Requirements

The Procurement Officer will have to source, identify and purchase technical and operational supplies necessary for marine activities at required times and quality at a competitive price.

The role requires knowledge on U.A.E laws, regulations, and government requirements applicable to logistics and transportation of commercial goods and ship’s spares.
