<b>Job Description</b>
 المشاركة في وضع خطط العمل والخطط الاستراتيجية الخاصة بقسم المشتريات
 تحديد مصادر الشراء المناسبة التي تحتاجها الجامعة عن طريق استخدام أفضل الممارسات وضمان توفيرها بأفضل الأسعار والجودة.
 إعداد وتحديث نماذج وثائق المشتريات التالية وفق السياسات والاجراءات الخاصة بالمشتريات
 تصنيف خطط المشتريات إلى مركزية ولا مركزية ومن ثَمّ تعميمها على جميع الوحدات التنظيمية في الجامعة.
 توفير السلع والمواد والخدمات والأشغال التي تحتاجها الجامعة وفقا لما هو موضح في إجراءات المشتريات.
 عقد الدورات التدريبية لتعريف جميع المشاركين في عمليات المشتريات بوحدات الجامعة المختلفة
 التأكد من التزام جميع المشاركين في عمليات المشتريات باستخدام صيغ ونماذج النظام المستخدم في أعمال المشتريات.
 المشاركة في إعداد التقارير المطلوبة ورفع التوصيات النهائية ومقترحات تطوير العمل وانجاز الانشطة.
 المساهمة والإشراف في عمل دراسة سوقيه وفقا لمقتضيات العمل.
 التنسيق والتواصل مع إدارات الجامعة المختلفة والادارات المالية فيما يتعلق بالشراء.
 الإشراف على تنفيذ المهام الموكلة على الموظفين وإدارة فرق العمل وفقا لتوجيهات الرئيس المباشر.
 رفع مقترح في شأن إيجاد علاقة قويه وطويلة المدى مع الموردين.
 المساهمة في استقطاب عدد اكبر من الموردين للتسجيل في السجل الرسمي للجامعة والاشراف على إجراءات تسجيل الموردين وتقديم الدعم والمشورة.
 المساهمة في معالجة المشاكل والتحديات التي تواجه القسم ورفع مقترحات والتوصيات التطوير للرئيس المباشر.
 القيام بأي أعمال أخرى ذات علاقة بطبيعة العمل عند التكليف<b>Minimum Qualification</b>
