Procurement Specialist - ATL

Job description / Role

- Manage strategic relationships with ATL/BTL suppliers (advertising, PR, media, branding, sales and promotional materials)
- Negotiation of commercial terms with suppliers when necessary
- Negotiation of payment terms with suppliers in order to achieve targeted savings
- Foster relationships with internal stakeholder and fully understand department requirements
- Ensure contracts are compliant with company policies and regulations
- Develop and deliver category strategies for procurement projects
- Monitor supplier performance and conduct supplier evaluations
- Apart from ATL and BTL requirements, this role will also take the responsibility of other indirect categories such as IT, FM and Travel

Requirements

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (either Business, Marketing, or Procurement / Supply Chain)
- Previous experience in indirect procurement of the marketing category is essential
- Strong knowledge of ATL/BTL vendors and service providers (advertising, PR, media, branding, promotional materials)
- Fluent English (verbal and written)
- Strong IT skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Currently based in UAE
